Biography
Fabrizio Romano was born in Italy in 1975. In 2000, while attending a four week spiritual training, he had his first encounter with meditation. After researching various methods from different traditions, in mid 2005 he started practicing the Buddhist meditation Shine, calmness of mind. He then become a Buddhist in early 2008, in the Tibetan Karma Kagyu tradition, with Ven. Lama Changchub Dorje Sondup.
A few years ago, he started practicing Reiki, both as complementary therapy and in addition to his spiritual practice, and attained the CNHC membership for Reiki in early 2017.
He subsequently trained in all three levels of the Japanese tradition with Frans Stiene (International House of Reiki). In addition, he then completed the in-depth Personal and Professional Reiki training, with the International House of Reiki, in a year. Both programs focus on personal spiritual practice, knowledge of the Japanese lineage, and teacher training.
He is now certified as Reiki Master and Teacher by both the International House of Reiki and the Shibumi International Reiki Association.
He teaches Reiki, leads monthly shares, workshops, retreats and regularly treats clients at home or over a distance.
